Section XLV-3739 - Issuance of LicenseA. If the qualifications, requirements, and procedures prescribed or incorporated by §3705-3715 are met to the satisfaction of the board, the board shall issue to the applicant a license to engage in the practice of exercise physiology in the state of Louisiana.B. A license issued by the board on the basis of examination by the board shall be issued by the board within 30 days following the reporting of the applicant's licensing examination scores to the board. A license issued under any other Section of this Chapter to an applicant not required to be examined by the board shall be issued by the board within 15 days following the meeting of the board next following the date on which the applicant's application, evidencing all requisite qualifications, is completed in every respect.La.
