Section XLV-3533 - Minimum HoursA. Effective January 1, 1995, every person licensed or certified under this Chapter shall complete a minimum of 12 contact hours of continuing education (1.2 Continuing Education Units, or CEUs) each calendar year. No carryover credit shall be allowed for excess credit earned in one calendar year to the next calendar year. One CEU equals 10 contact hours of participation in an organized education experience, under responsible sponsorship, capable direction, and qualified instruction.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § XLV-3533
