Section XLV-3523 - IssuanceA. If an applicant meets the qualification requirements of this Chapter for the category in which the license or certificate is requested and otherwise complies with the requirements of this Chapter, the board shall issue the applicant a license or certificate for the practice of clinical laboratory science within the specific category of licensure or certification for which the applicant qualifies.La.
