Section XLV-427 - Qualifications for RegistrationA. To be eligible for registration under this Subchapter, an applicant shall possess all of the substantive qualifications for licensure specified by §311. A 1-4 and shall be a graduate of an approved American or Canadian medical school or college (whether allopathic or osteopathic).B. The burden of satisfying the board as to the qualifications and eligibility of the applicant for registration shall be upon the applicant. An applicant shall not be deemed to possess such qualifications unless the applicant demonstrates and evidences such qualifications in the manner prescribed by, and to the satisfaction of, the board.La.
