Section XLV-2341 - Issuance of LicenseA. If the qualifications, requirements, and procedures prescribed or incorporated by §2307 are met to the satisfaction of the board, the board shall issue to the applicant a license to engage in the practice of midwifery in the state of Louisiana.La.
