Section XLV-1943 - Issuance of LicenseA. If the qualifications, requirements, and procedures prescribed or incorporated by §1907 are met to the satisfaction of the board, the board shall issue to the applicant a license to engage in the practice of occupational therapy in the state of Louisiana upon payment of the license fees set forth in Chapter 1 of the board's rules.La.
