Section XLV-1905 - Scope of SubchapterA. The rules of this Subchapter govern the licensing of occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants who in order to practice occupational therapy or hold themselves out as an occupational therapist or an occupational therapy assistant, or as being able to practice occupational therapy or to render occupational therapy services in the state of Louisiana must meet all of the criteria set forth in the Subchapter.La.
