Section XLV-1373 - Continuing Medical Educational RequirementA. Subject to the waiver of and exceptions to CME provided by §1383 and 1385, respectively, every podiatrist seeking the renewal or reinstatement of licensure, to be effective on or after January 1, 2005, shall annually evidence and document, upon forms supplied by the board, the successful completion of not less than 20 hours of board approved CME.La.
