Section XLV-1357 - Issuance of LicensureA. If the qualifications, requirements, and procedures prescribed or incorporated by this Chapter are met to the satisfaction of the board, the board shall license the applicant to engage in the practice of podiatry in the state of Louisiana.B. Licensure issued by the board under this Chapter, as evidenced by a certificate duly issued by the board shall reflect an applicant's practice prerogatives based upon the applicant's education and level of training in accordance with the qualifications specified by this Chapter.La.
