Section XLV-1319 - Definitions

A. As used in this Chapter the following terms shall have the meanings specified.

Reciprocity-the issuance of a license to practice podiatry in this state on the basis of podiatric licensure issued by another state podiatric licensing authority, pursuant to written examination and other requirements acceptable to the board as specified by §1305 of this Chapter.
