Section XLV-209 - SubpoenasA. For issuance and service of a subpoena or subpoena duces tecum with respect to an administrative hearing under Chapter 99 of these rules, a fee of $4 shall be payable to the board in addition to the witness fees prescribed by law [see R.S. 49:956(5)].La.
