Section XLIX-504 - Pre Examination Criminal Background CheckA. At the applicant's expense the board may require fingerprints taken by an appropriate law enforcement agency. Such fingerprints are to be submitted by the enforcement agency to the State Police Bureau of Criminal Identification or such other appropriate authority.B.
