Section XLIII-1106 - Fine for Restoration of Revoked or Suspended LicenseA. The board may require a licensee who has had his license revoked or suspended pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter to pay a fine of up to $500 in addition to those charges contained in §703 to have his license restored to him.La.
