Section XIII-1509 - Investment AdvisorsA. Nothing in these rules shall be construed as prohibiting the trustee or cemetery authority from utilizing the services of an investment advisor. However, the use of an investment advisor does not relieve the trustee of its obligations and fiduciary responsibilities to administer the trust under the provisions of the Louisiana Cemetery Act or these rules including, but not limited to, directing and oversight of all trust assets. At all times the assets of the trust must be held by the trustee.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § XIII-1509
