Section VII-123 - Manager ResponsibilitiesA. It shall be the duty of every manager of a barber shop to make certain that each barber employed in the shop has a current license to practice in the state of Louisiana and that all employees observe these regulations and all other regulations set forth by the board.B. The manager shall keep a copy of these regulations, to be furnished by the board, posted in the shop for the information and guidance of the persons working and employed therein.La. Admin.
