Section VII-109 - Personal Cleanliness and AppearanceA. All persons employed in a barber shop shall wear clean outer garments or uniforms at all times when working in a barber shop.B. Each barber shall cleanse his hands thoroughly with soap and water immediately before serving each customer. Liquid or powdered soap in a shaker or dispenser-type container shall be provided.C.
