Section V-749 - Sales Payment DisclosuresA.1. An advertisement that contains any one of the following messages, statements, or terms: a. the amount of a down payment, in either a percentage or dollar amount;b. the amount of any payment, in either a percentage or dollar amount;c. the number of payments;d. the period of repayment; ore. the amount of any finance charge;2. must include the following: a. the amount or percentage of the down payment;b. the terms of repayment (the number of months to make repayment and the amount per month) including the amount and due date of any balloon payment;c. the annual percentage rate or APR; andd. the amount of annual percentage rate, if increased, after consummation of the credit transaction.B. An advertisement which complies with the Federal Truth-In-Leading Act (15 U.S.C. § 160 et seq.) and amendments thereto, and any regulations issued or which may be issued thereunder, shall be deemed in compliance with the provisions of this Section.
