Section V-719 - Dealer Price AdvertisingA. The featured price of a new or used vehicle, when advertised, must be the full cash price for which the vehicle will be sold to any and all members of the buying public. The only charges that may be excluded from the advertised price are: 1. state and local taxes;4. notarial fees, convenience fees and documentary fees.B. A qualification may not be used when advertising the price of a vehicle such as "with trade," "with acceptable trade," "with dealer-arranged financing," "rebate assigned to dealer" or "with down payment."C. If a price advertisement of a new vehicle discloses a rebate, cash back, discount savings claim, or other incentive, the full cash price of the vehicle must be disclosed as well as the price of the vehicle after deducting the incentive. D. If a rebate is only available to a selected portion of the public and not the public as a whole, the price should be disclosed as in Subsection C first and then the nature of the limitation and the amount of the limited rebate may be disclosed.
