Section LXXXVI-1709 - Nature of CommunicationA. Only signed, written communications regarding ethical complaints against LRCs will be accepted. If telephone inquiries from individuals are received regarding the filing of complaints, responding to complaints, or providing information regarding complaints, the individuals calling will be informed of the signed, written communication requirement and asked to comply.B. All correspondence related to a complaint must be addressed to the Ethics Committee, LLPVRC Board of Examiners, P.O. Box 41594, Baton Rouge, LA 70835-1594, and must be marked "confidential."
