Section LXXXVI-1706 - JurisdictionA. The committee has jurisdiction to consider whether an individual has violated the LLPVRC Code of Professional Ethics for Licensed Rehabilitation Counselors if the individual is a current licensee of the LLPVRC.B. Should a respondent attempt to relinquish LLPVRC licensure during the course of any case, the board reserves the right to continue the matter for a final and binding resolution according to these rules.La.
