Section LXXXV-407 - Expired License RenewalsA. Persons who have not renewed their license and wish to do so pursuant to R.S. 37:1525, may be required to submit proof of continuing education for each year for which the license was not renewed. Where insufficient hours have been acquired, the board may require additional hours to be obtained as a condition of licensure and/or as a condition of renewal for the next fiscal year.La. Admin.
