Section LXXXV-1213 - Renewal of CertificatesA. All certificates of approval shall expire annually at midnight September 30. Certificates shall be renewed by completing a re-registration form which shall be provided by the board and by payment of the annual renewal fee established by the board.B. Each year, 90 days prior to the expiration date of the license, the board shall mail a notice to each certified animal euthanasia technician stating the date his certificate will expire and providing a form for re-registration.C. The certificate of approval will be renewed for any person who complies with the requirements of this Chapter.D. Re-registration forms for renewal of certificates of approval, complete with payment of fee and any other documents required by this Chapter, shall be postmarked no later than the expiration date of the license each year. Re-registration forms postmarked after midnight of the expiration date will be subject to a late renewal fee as established by the board.
