Section LXXV-141 - Disciplinary ActionsA. This board may refuse to issue, may suspend or revoke a license for the practice of audiology or speechlanguage pathology or otherwise discipline an applicant or licensee, upon finding that the applicant or licensee has violated any provisions of R.S. 37:2650 et seq., or any of the rules or regulations.La.
