Section LXX-12704 - Formal ExceptionsA. Formal exceptions to rulings of the Commission, Hearing Panel or Hearing Master issued during a hearing shall be unnecessary. It shall be sufficient that the party at the time any ruling is made or sought shall make known to the Commission, Hearing Panel or Hearing Master the action which he desires.La. Admin.
