Section LXX-12103 - Scope of RulesA. These Rules shall govern the general procedure for the institution, conduct, and determination of all proceedings before the Pilotage Fee Commission. Except as otherwise provided by Louisiana Revised Statutes 34:1121, et seq., and these Rules including Rule 10, the Commission adopts and incorporates the Louisiana Open Meeting Law, La. R.S. 43:4.1-12, et seq. and the Louisiana Public Records Act, La. R.S. 44:1-44 into its Rules of Practice and Procedure.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § LXX-12103
