Section LXX-9127 - Nepotism/Equal Opportunity PolicyA. The association and board shall not discriminate in applicant selection or examination in favor of individuals related to pilots or to governing authorities by blood or marriage, or based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, political affiliation or belief.La.
