Section LXX-9117 - Pilot Charges and FeesA. Pilotage charges and rates shall be fixed, without board involvement, in accordance with established procedures of the Board of Louisiana River Pilot Review and Oversight, pursuant to R.S. 34:1121 et seq., as may be necessary following disputes.La.
