Section LXX-6302 - ApplicationA. The board hereby adopts the following rules and regulations relating to all applicants, apprentices, state commissioned New Orleans and Baton Rouge steamship pilots or any association comprised thereof pursuant to the provisions of R.S. 34:1041 et seq. Where applicable, any conflict is to be construed and resolved in the stricter sense. To that end, all current rules and regulations are adopted and incorporated herein in extenso.La. Admin.
