Section LXX-3205 - [Effective until 12/31/2025] Education Qualifications

A. In addition to the requirements described herein, the Applicant must have a bachelor's degree or diploma granted by a college or university accredited by one of the regional accreditation agencies recognized by the United States Department of Education for the accreditation of degreegranting institutions of higher education.

B. Applicants shall document the aforementioned requirements by providing the board with an official transcript of the mandatory educational requirements.
