Section LXVII-10413 - Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) ComplianceA. For purposes of meeting the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the board may permit an alternative method of course delivery other than the regular method of presentation. Verification of the disability of the individual requiring completion of the course work through an alternative delivery method may be required by the board prior to granting such a request.La.
