Section LXVII-5527 - Post License Education CoursesA. Post-license education courses offered by real estate education vendors shall be developed in accordance with the content outline prescribed by the commission.B. Real estate education vendors shall not issue credit for any post-license education course unless the student has passed an examination on the course content. Post-license hours shall be secured through and reported by one approved vendor.C. Post-license education courses shall be open to all licensees regardless of broker affiliation.La. Admin.
