Section LXVII-5327 - Investigations and HearingsA. The commission shall have the authority on its own motion, or following receipt of a complaint, to investigate any real estate school to determine compliance with the Louisiana Real Estate License Law and the rules and regulations of the commission.B. If an investigation by the commission determines that a violation has occurred, the commission shall follow the provisions of R.S. 37:1456 et seq.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § LXVII-5327
