Section LXVII-5311 - Designated School Director; DutiesA. All real estate schools shall designate a director, whose duty it shall be to ensure that the operations of the school, and all training locations, adhere to the requirements of the Louisiana Real Estate License Law and the rules and regulations of the commission, and who shall be held responsible to the commission for any violations thereof. The commission shall be notified in writing within 10 days if the designated director for a real estate school is changed.B. Directors shall coordinate and disseminate information pertaining to amendments in the license law, rules and regulations, or policies and procedures of the commission to all staff, instructors, and employees.La.
