Section LXVII-5103 - Referral FeesA. A licensed broker in this jurisdiction may divide or share a real estate commission with a licensed broker in another jurisdiction whenever the licensed broker in the other jurisdiction acts only as a referral agent who is not involved in the actual negotiations, execution of documents, collections of rent, management of property, or other real estate brokerage activity in a real estate transaction which involves more than the mere referral of a client or customer to the licensed broker of this jurisdiction.La.
