Section LXVII-4113 - Costs of Adjudicatory ProceedingsA. Following a finding that a respondent has committed one or more violations alleged in any adjudicatory proceeding, the commission may assess the respondent with the administrative costs of the proceeding, as reasonably determined by the commission.
