Section LXVII-2711 - Non-Interest Bearing Checking AccountsA. Every sales escrow checking account, rental trust checking account or security deposit trust checking account shall be opened as a non-interest bearing checking account unless all parties having an interest in the funds to be deposited therein have agreed otherwise in writing.La.
