Section LXVII-2101 - Broker or Salesperson License; Timeshare Interest Salesperson RegistrationA. A broker may be concurrently licensed as an individual and as the designated qualifying broker of one or more corporations, limited liability companies, and/or partnerships.B. Associate brokers and salespersons shall not be sponsored by more than one sponsoring broker.C. A real estate license and a timeshare interest salesperson registration shall not be issued concurrently to any person. A broker shall not concurrently conduct real estate activities as an individual real estate broker and as an associate broker exclusively affiliated with another real estate broker.La. Admin.
