Section LXVII-1909 - Team AdvertisingA. A team or group name shall not be used in advertising without the written approval of the sponsoring broker.B. The term "team" or "group" may be used to advertise real estate license activities provided that: 1. the use of the term does not constitute the unlawful use of a trade name and is not deceptively similar to a name under which any other person or entity is lawfully doing business;2. the team or group is composed of more than one licensee;3. the advertising complies with all other applicable provisions of this Chapter and LAC 46:LXVII.Chapter 25 of these rules and regulations.C.
