Section LXVII-101 - AdoptionA. The rules and regulations of the Louisiana Real Estate Commission contained herein have been adopted pursuant to and in compliance with R.S. 37:1430 et seq., and any violation of these rules or regulations, or of any real estate licensing law, shall be sufficient cause for any disciplinary action permitted by law.La.
