Section LXVI-1119 - Issuance of LicenseA. If the qualifications, requirements and procedures prescribed or incorporated by these rules and regulations are met to the satisfaction of the board, the board shall issue to the applicant a license to engage in the practice of radiologic technology in the state of Louisiana . The license shall define the category of radiologic technology practice that the applicant may engage in.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § LXVI-1119
