Section LXVI-103 - ApplicabilityA. All persons using radioactive materials or equipment emitting or detecting ionizing radiation on humans for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes shall be responsible for compliance in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter (refers to R.S. 37:3200-3221) and the provisions of these rules and regulations.La.
