Section LXIII-902 - Provisional License Renewal [Formerly Section 901]A. A psychologist is eligible to renew their provisional license until July 31 of each year upon submission of the required renewal fee, renewal application form and fulfillment of all continuing education requirements as defined in LAC 46:LXIII.Chapter 8.B. A provisional license may be valid for one year beginning August 1 through July 31 for each renewal period.C. A person whose provisional license has been suspended is not eligible for renewal. Reinstatement procedures of a suspended provisional license are at the discretion of the board.D. A person whose provisional license has been revoked is not eligible for renewal.E. Provisionally licensed psychologists shall be eligible for renewal of provisional licensure no more than three consecutive years.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § LXIII-902
