Section LXIII-1701 - Definition of Practice of PsychologyA. The definition of the practice of psychology, as contained in R.S. 37:2352(7), is a generic description, individuals certified under the provisions of R.S. 37:2351-2367 are licensed to practice psychology in accordance with that statute and the rules and regulations of the board adopted under the provisions of state statute.La.
