Section LXII-1901 - Disciplinary and Enforcement ProceedingsA. Any disciplinary or enforcement proceedings initiated by or with the board will be governed by the substantive and procedural provisions of the licensure law and by the provisions of the APA (R.S. 49:950 et seq.).B. Disciplinary proceedings against licensees and certificate holders are subject to R.S. 37:711.23.C.
