Section LXI-103 - RulemakingA. Under the provisions of R.S. 37:688, the board has the authority to make, adopt, revise, amend, promulgate and enforce bylaws, rules and regulations consistent with the constitution and laws of the state of Louisiana. This is necessary for the proper performance of the duties of the board and the regulations of the proceedings before it, as well as for the protection of the public and the proper administration of the licensure law.La.
