Section LX-1311 - Consent OrderA. An order involving some type of disciplinary action may be made by the board with the consent of the person. A consent order requires formal consent of 6 of 11 members of the board. It is not the result of the board's deliberation; it is the board's acceptance of an agreement reached between the board and the person.
