Section LVII-507 - Licensure ExaminationsA. To be licensed, an applicant must pass a written examination, unless exempt by the grandfather clause, state statute or board resolution. The passing grade of the examination shall be as established by the board.B. A person who has not successfully passed the examination can reapply to take the examination twice within a 12-month period.
