Section LVII-105 - Meetings of the BoardA. Meetings shall be announced and held in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, R.S. 49:950 et seq. A quorum to transact any business of the board shall be not less than four of its members.B. The executive director shall give a written notice to all interested members of the public who make a timely request for notice of any board meeting.C. Minutes of meetings will be made available upon written request to the board, and a monetary fee will be assessed in accordance with Division of Administration rules and regulations governing public records of any individual or company requesting such minutes.D. Each board member shall have one vote on all matters before the board. Proxy voting is not allowed. A majority vote of the members at any meeting shall be required for any board actions.La. Admin.
