Section LIX-809 - Inspection of RecordsA. Licensee shall make available to any authorized representative of the board for inspection such employee records and other information as the board may reasonably require to ensure compliance with the Private Security Regulatory and Licensing Law and with these rules and regulations.B. The board shall notify the company, in writing, 15 days prior to the conducting of a routine inspection of employee records.C. The board shall notify the company, in writing, three days prior to conducting an inspection of their employee records brought on by a complaint.D. A company will have no more than 30 days to comply with the board's written findings as a result of any inspection in addition to paying any fine assessed.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § LIX-809
