Section LIV-161 - Administration of Examination [Formerly Section 137]A. The board's licensing examination is administered by an approved testing service and is computer based. The testing service is authorized and directed by the board to obtain positive photographic identification from all applicants appearing and properly registered for the examination; to establish and require examinees to observe an appropriate seating arrangement; to provide appropriate instructions for taking the examinations; to fix and signal the time for beginning and ending the examination; to prescribe such additional rules and requirements as are necessary or appropriate to the taking of the examination in the interest of the examinees; and to take all necessary and appropriate actions to secure the integrity of the examination process.B. An applicant for examination shall pay the site fee for the examination directly to the testing service at the time of scheduling with the testing service and in the amount and manner prescribed by the testing service.C. An applicant scheduled for examination shall: 1. present to the appropriate representative of the testing service positive personal photographic and other identification in the form prescribed; and2. fully and promptly comply with any and all rules, policies, procedures, instructions, directions, or requests made or prescribed by the testing service.La.
